Shipping and Fulfillment

My overall goal is to try and provide you with a product as soon as I can. I want to give you a hand-made, quality product while also offering prompt shipping. Items will typically have stock and be ready to fulfill, usually, within 1-2 business days.

I also want to be transparent that I am a one-man business and fulfillment times may increase from time to time—depending on demand. While frustrating when it happens, please know that your item is being carefully crafted, personally, to make sure you receive a beautiful product.

The quality of what I make is very important to me. I have to know that you’re receiving the best product that I can give you! Please, feel free to contact me on current lead times.

Where do I ship?: For the moment, I'm only shipping within the U.S.

 

Returns or Exchanges

I'm happy to make exchanges or returns. Please contact me within 10 days of delivery to initiate the process. Returns or exchanges are expected within 21 days after the initiated refund or exchange date. Refund will be given once I have received the item.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping and re-shipping that comes with exchanges. If the item is not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for loss of value. Loss of value determined by the seller.

Damaged in shipping: if your item is damaged from shipping, please contact me. 

 

Large quantity orders

Larger orders may require additional lead times. I will usually reach out to inform you of the order status.
